We are in a marl quarry from the late 19th century, whose walls now frame the estate, converted more than ten years ago in an astonishing vineyard. The soil, hard and rich in minerals, forms a strong, luxuriant vine.
The woods surrounding the vineyards represent an ideal natural isolation, which makes this cru even more perfect for the development of an excellent organic and biodynamic viticulture.
Practicing biodynamic agriculture means a serious commitment to not using pesticides nor chemical fertilizers; on the contrary, it means to work every day to give back to the soil its own natural fertility and vitality. The use of solely natural and organic products and biodynamic methods allows, as well as the production of great wines, a perfect synergy between the vineyard and its natural environment.
