Every day, we give our guests the opportunity to taste 6 organic wines, 3 expressions of Garganega grapes and 3 Valpolicella DOC wines, to discover not only the characteristics of each wine but also the territory and the wine-making process. An hour in the company of our sommelier, who will match every goblet to a little taste of food made by our chefs using local produce, for a unique experience of discovery of the food and wine and culture of this magnificent territory in continuous evolution.

The great Verona reds like Valpolicella, Ripasso and Amarone, young and aged whites from the lands of Soave, surprising bubbles from Garganega, Corvinone and Prosecco, wonderful Merlots and the tradition of Recioto.
The excellent organic and biodynamic products of these valleys are waiting to be tasted in the peace and quiet of a place dedicated to them.
We are located in a marl quarry that dates back to the end of the 19th century, the walls of which still frame the Estate today, after its conversion more than ten years ago into an amazing vineyard.
It talks about itself with simplicity and transparency, to avoid distracting its guests from the pleasure of conviviality, becoming a silent but constant companion, in the most special moments.
